What we collect
Only what you send us yourself through the contact form or by email/phone: name, email, optional phone number, company and the content of your message. We do not collect any data in the background.
How we use it
Strictly to answer your question or quote request and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice your project. We never use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We only store your language preference and your dismissal of this notice in your browser (localStorage). You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Retention
Messages from the contact form are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a client relationship starts for which legal retention periods apply (accounting: 7 years in Belgium).
Sharing with third parties
We never sell or trade your data. It is only shared with parties strictly needed to deliver our services (e.g. our hosting provider and accountant), always under a data-processing agreement.
Your rights (GDPR)
You always have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data, to withdraw your consent and to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Just email us — we respond within 30 days.
Security
Our website runs fully over HTTPS with modern security headers. Internal access to messages is limited to the owner.
